Here's my second take.

What we need

• Install this .apk. This will replace the "Lite" version on your phone, no need to uninstall.
• After testing the loops transition please post back in this thread: Your phone model, your android version and your impressions about the new mechanism. Try to test songs with different BPMs
• To return to the stable version just install this one again

It's flawless seba, no more gaps. Only one thing, when you use 3G and your connection is bad, Uloops stops playing. Which is normal, but some people could think it's the app. I tested on WIFI and 3G, both worked good when the internet connection itself was strong enough.

You did it once again, for me so far.

Android OS v2.2.1

I uninstalled v2.7 again and installed v2.8 beta 2. What happens now is
every time I start up Uloops, the loop player stops after the first loop
has been played.
Then I have to hit the play button again and after doing that the player
performs like v2.7 with gaps included. This happens with all of my songs.

I’m starting to wonder if my Wildfire just isn’t powerful enough to
run this app.

I've tested it on my old G1 and works like a charm. In the droid2 there's a small gap between the loops, specially at high BPMs
