Hi. The problem could be the star (★) in your username.
Could you try to change your username temporally from within the app?
Open the app, press menu, go to the Preferences option, switch to My account, there's an Edit button, change your username, hit Save.
Then try it again. Sometimes it takes some hours to update the username in the website
